At The Salvation Army Regina, we are here to help when you need it most. Whether you’re facing a crisis, need a meal, or could use support for your family—we are here for you. Below are some of the services we currently offer in our community.
🧥 Emergency Assistance
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are in need, we’re here to help with short-term support and referrals to ongoing resources.
Food Bank
If you are in need of food, we offer two ways to access help:

Emergency Food Hamper from The Salvation Army: If you’re in crisis and need immediate support, we can provide a one-time emergency food hamper. No referral required. Please bring ID for each member of your household. Our emergency food hampers can be accessed once every 3 months.

Bi-Weekly Food Hampers from the Regina Food Bank: For ongoing support, you can register to receive a Regina Food Bank hamper and pickup at The Salvation Army

👕 Clothing Vouchers
We provide clothing vouchers for those facing emergency situations such as:

Fire or flood displacement

Domestic violence situations

Homelessness or transitional housing
-
Unforeseen hardship (e.g. sudden job loss or medical crisis)
Vouchers are redeemable at The Salvation Army Thrift Store.

🥘 Community Meals
Hot meals served weekly. Free and open to all.

Mobile Outreach Van: Saturdays starting at 6:00 PM (locations vary)
🧼 Hygiene Kits
We offer hygiene kits for individuals and families who are without basic toiletries. Kits may include:

If you or someone you know is in need of housing or shelter support in Regina, the following resources are available:
Waterston Ministries
Operated by The Salvation Army, Waterston Ministries offers a range of services to support men facing housing challenges:

Emergency Shelter: Provides short-term housing for adult males, including three meals per day, personal hygiene products, laundry facilities, and support services aimed at finding permanent housing and employment.211 Saskatchewan

Waterston House: A 40-suite apartment complex offering long-term housing for marginalized and low-income men. Each suite includes essential amenities, and residents have access to support services to assist with various life challenges.

🎒 Backpacks for Kids
Every summer, we provide fully stocked backpacks to school-aged children across Regina.
